Michael Torres known by his artistic moniker Myke Towers is a Puerto Rican rapper and songwriter born on the 15th of January 1994 from Rio Piedras Puerto Rico. He changed his name in 2017 changed his name from Mike Towers, to Myke Towers. This was to be a tribute to Young Kingz music group of which he is a member. The i of their name has been substituted with the letter Y. Myke Towers has been a fixture in the underground rap scene in Puerto Rico since his adolescence publishing his first compositions and freestyles through his SoundCloud account. The songs he released in 2014 Dia de cobro Por Mi Es Normal and En los Bloques made him famous. He also drew attention from the underground music scene through the freestyle La Nueva Droga and his performance of the track"0 to 100" by Drake.
